Name : Brey
Age : 2-3 years
Gender : She-wolf
Rank : Currently, loner, waiting to be accepted into Omok Pack.
Appearance :
Eyes - Her eyes are an elegant pale gold, a bit lighter than the regular type of wolf's eyes. They are often blazing like fire, because of her hot-headed arrogance.
Coat - Her coat is a light silver, that is flecked with darker gray. The hairs are thick and course, giving her a mane like appearance around her neck. It is anything but silky, and sticks up in random places, and, is parted by scars.
Build - She is a rather large female, who can't run very fast, at all. She is built more for fighting, which she qualifies to be "intermediate" at. Though, her legs are set in a kind of.. akward position, where her fore-legs are slightly taller than her back --the cuase of the unbalenced lope most likely.
Markings - None, other than normal scars marking her pelt from random catches in the brambles and unsuccessful hunts.
Other - Her movments are anything but graceful, more of choppy and rolling. Brey's lope is that unballenced, and looks lopsided, nobody can tell why. Neither can she, she's just always been like this. It was probably from being born in captivety though.
Personality : Fire is the main word given to describe her. It fits her very well. She is often given to outbursts, riots, and many other things.
Besides that, she is a terribly klutzy wolf, often falling into pits, running into brambles. Most often of all, she is kicked in the face by any deer she is stupid enough to think she can catch.
She's quite arrogant too, sometimes boasting that she could catch anything, climb trees, do things un-thought. Overall, she is a very complicated wolf.
Sometimes, she wishes she was back home at the sancutary, with the humans and all the other wolves. But, she was a basic outcast there, and she was doubting the conduct she had lived by.
As a pup, she had loved humans, and thought she was one of them. She thought she could speak like a human, walk like a human --which she didn't do very well...at all. As she grew older, she began to see the differences, and the humans became pestering. She wanted them gone, they wanted to play. At times like those, she hated them.
The other wolves didn't like her very much, and she was often at the bottom of the heirarchy, where she was pushed around by the "alpha" --so to speak, sanctuary wolves don't really develope ranks so well.
Sometimes she wants company, sometimes she doesn't. She doesn't have any realy friends, and even if she did, they all ran away during the fire or are now dead. For the most part though, she doesn't want friends.
History : Humans are the cause for most things in her life, most of all her being. Had they not owned a wolf sanctuary, she would not have been born. Not all humans are bad, not all are good. It’s bitter sweet, especially for Brey.
She was born alone, in the Aninotch Wolf Reserve, only twenty miles from here. She was quickly taken away from her parents, to be raised by humans, in hopes that she would become a wolf they could handle easily.
Life in her first year was certainly a very odd time for her, where she was pampered, played with, given medical shots, and many things similar to that. Then it all changed when she was taken out to see other wolves....
The first day she saw other wolves, she began to doubt all she had learned about the humans. She had first thought that she really was human, but maybe just a bit different. Now, she knew she wasn't these other creatures, standing before her is metal cages; they looked so much like her.
Again and again, she was brought before those caged wolves, and eventually, she was put out with them to stay...
Life was peaceful for the next year... then things changed, drastically....
Suddenly, one night when she lay asleep in a wooden crate-like object, there was a strange smell. She lifted her head to scent what was amiss, she could not tell.
So, she poked her head out, suddenly, all she saw was bright orange flames licking at the chain link fences. She did not know it, but the fire had started from the human home, caused by a blanket left over the heater. (Which, might I add, was on at the time.)
She wasn't sure what to do at first, then, when the fire seemed to be closing in on her, there was only one instinct left, run.
And she did just that, ran from the fire. At first, when she had thought she was trapped, she hadn't noticed the large gap in the flames, which, she escaped through.
As she ran, she learned to hunt a bit --though not well-- and fight to at least a decent manner. Eventually, she arrived here, where she currently waits for approval to join the Omok Pack.
